Terms and Condition
Confirmation will be given on 75% advance of total booking by bank draft in favor of Shakti Adventure . In case of any difference of opinion between party and company, the decision of MD, company shall be final and binding on both the sides. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay and cancellation due to natural calamities and unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
On booking of a group comprising of 9 pax or more, the group leader will be treated on complimentary basis as per international norms.. In case of any accident or injury during rafting or any other adventure sports Company or any of its employees shall not be wholly or partially responsible. The adventure enthusiasts will undertake the trek on their own risk.
CANCELLATION / REFUND RULES
The money shall be refunded to the trekkers on seeking cancellation as follows :
- 30 days before 90% refund of total amount.
- 20 days before 60% refund of total amount.
- 10 days before 50% refund of total amount.
- 5 days before No refund.
